1. Success of the Biodiversity Program : PHE ONWJ consistently measures the achievements of its biodiversity protection program, which includes the main programs of Mangrove Restorasi Mangrove Pantai Utara Jawa (REMAJA), Orang Tua Asuh Karang di Laut Utara Jakarta & Jawa Barat (OTAK JAWARA), and Konservasi Menyelamatkan Penyu SIsik (KONSER MYUSIK) every year. Kehati in figures for the period 2021 - 2025 generally shows an increasing trend from year to year, both variables of the number of vegetation planting and coral transplantation, restoration/conservation area area, biodiversity index (H') of flora and fauna and carbon (CO2) absorption as well as eggs saved, hatched until hatchlings are released. These achievements indicate that the program is consistently implemented to protect biodiversity, foster/form biota habitats, mitigate climate change through plant CO2 absorption and contribute to community empowerment through coastal ecotourism management and increasing the abundance of reef fish. 

2. REMAJA (Restorasi Mangrove Pantai Utara Jawa) or abbreviated as REMAJA by implementing Hiu Teeth innovation is a program for improving the degraded coastal mangrove ecosystem by planting mangroves and their associations as well as planting other heterogeneous plant types at a number of locations supported by PHE ONWJ on the North Coast of Java with the concept foster trees to increase the area of vegetation cover, provide wildlife habitat, support climate change mitigation efforts, and develop coastal ecotourism areas.
 

3. OTAK JAWARA: Orang Tua Asuh Karang di Laut Utara Jakarta & Jawa Barat or abbreviated as OTAK JAWARA is an effort by PHE ONWJ to preserve biodiversity in the form of Coral Reef Ecosystem Rehabilitation in the sea north of Jakarta and West Java. OTAK JAWARA carries two program innovations, namely OTAK JAWARA by implementing the Honai Module innovation which is implemented on Biawak Island, Indramayu Regency and OTAK JAWARA by implementing the Paranje Module innovation which is located in the Sendulang coral cluster, Karawang Regency.  

4. KONSER MYUSIK: KONSER MYUSIK (Konservasi Menyelamatkan Penyu SIsik) is a form of PHE ONWJ's commitment through an integrated program in efforts to protect and preserve hawksbill turtles in the Rambut Island Wildlife Reserve. Rambut Island Wildlife Reserve is the 6th Ramsar Site in Indonesia or the 1,987th in the world. This Ramsar Site designation is a form of implementation of the Ramsar Convention (The Convention on Wetlands of International Importance, especially as Waterfowl Habitat), namely an international agreement for the conservation and sustainable use of wetlands. One of the rare animals that can be found at the SMPR Ramsar Site is the hawksbill turtle. Hawksbill turtle eggs are often found in their natural nests on the coast of the Ramsar Site, Rambut Island Wildlife Reserve (SMPR).
