PT Pertamina EP Bunyu Field has a superior biodiversity program, namely Proboscis Monkey Conservation in the Nibung Conservation Area, Mangrove Conservation Area and Proboscis Monkey Conservation Area; White-bellied Sea Eagle Conservation in the Bunyu Island Conservation Area; Construction of the Bird Hide Tower in the Bunyu Island Conservation Area; BEATLES (Balembangan Sea Turtle Ecopark & Conservation); Conservation of Various Mangroves in the Terminal Mangrove Conservation Area; AFLIEN (Nibung Conservation Area Flora Conservation); ESFLONTA (Patra Lake Conservation Area Flora Preservation); FLOKAHAR 1 (Flora Preservation of Agarwood Conservation Area 1); FLOKAHAR 2 (Flora Preservation of Agarwood Conservation Area 2); FLOKANTAN (Flora Preservation of the Bekat Conservation Area) and EKOLEGON (Sea Pine Ecotourism in Increasing the Bondol Eagle Population). In the future, PT Pertamina EP Bunyu Field will continue to be committed to helping increase the population of endemic animals and flora and preserving habitats and conservation areas.
