Subholding Upstream PT Pertamina Hulu Energi introduces the Digital Procurement system (SMART by GEP) to all Suppliers throughout Indonesia. Through the implementation of this system, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi's Upstream Subholding can enhance collaboration with Suppliers, reduce procurement process lead time, simplify contract execution, and digitize the end-to-end procurement process between PT Pertamina Hulu Energi's Upstream Subholdings and Suppliers.
The main benefits for Suppliers from the implementation of digital procurement system are:
- Better cooperation through the implementation of a single system to digitize the entire sourcing-to contract process.
- Transparency of the procurement process by the Company.
