Cooperation of working area parts represents one of the strategic initiatives to support national energy resilience, while also demonstrating PHE’s role in increasing oil and gas production to sustain the country’s energy sovereignty. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 14 of 2025 stipulates the provisions for such cooperation through partnership schemes with technology providers based on a profit-sharing mechanism.
In line with this initiative, PHE continues to invest in upstream oil and gas operations and business management by upholding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. PHE also maintains a strong commitment to a Zero Tolerance on Bribery policy by ensuring robust fraud prevention measures and maintaining a corruption-free environment. This commitment is implemented through the adoption of an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 standards.
