Whistleblowing System

To ensure that good governance is implemented, PHE Subholding Upstream has established a system for reporting violations (Whistleblowing System). Based on Letter No. 257/J0000/2020-S0 dated 17 December 2020 regarding the implementation of the RASCI Table for the Internal Audit Function in the Holding, Subholding, and Subsidiary Services, it was determined that PT Pertamina's (Persero) Internal Audit Unit manages the Whistleblowing System (WBS) centrally.

The Whistleblowing System's (WBS) centralized management was strengthened with the issuance of Guidelines for Complaint Management No. A9-001/J000000/2022-S9 on 19 January 2022. Below are the 6 (six) WBS complaint channel at Pertamina Group:
