1. Ecosystem restoration through Coral Transplantation in the Seribu Islands National Park is a collaborative program between PHE OSES and Balai Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu, implemented through coral transplantation activities on conservation islands. This activity aims to restore the function of coral reef ecosystems that have been degraded by human activities and environmental changes. This activity is an effort  to maintain the balance of the marine ecosystem, increase biodiversity, and ensure the sustainability of coastal resources for the surrounding communnity.
 

2.Tiga Perisai Program is a series of ongoing programs implemented since 2023 to address the challenges of climate change, preserve natural disasters. One of the conservation activities undertaken is the protection of hawksbill turtles on Sabira Island, given the high frequency of hawksbill turtle landings in the area. This conservation effort includes transferring turtle eggs to seminatural nests, hatching, and releasing them back into their natural habitat. Furthermore, capacity building of community groups and development of hatching methods are being carried out to increase the number of hatchlings that can be released sustainably.

3. Mangrove planting is part of the Tiga Perisai Program, which focuses on sustainable conservation activities by applying the principles of community empowerment and utilizing local resources to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. This planting activity was carried out in the northern part of the Thousand Islands. The program's success was measured by the number of seedlings planted, the survival rate of the plants monitored, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal mangrove growth.
