Pertamina EP Asset 2 Field Pendopo has built a greenhouse to protect the threat of orchid trade and save endangered orchid species Phalaenopsis sumatrana, Dendrelaphis pictus, and Vanda sumatrana (Status: Protected in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 20 of 2018 concerning Types of Endangered Flora and Fauna). Due to number of flora planted in the greenhouse, it is quite demanding to identify each specifications of the flora. Ensiklopedia Flora Selangit providing a QR Code for each plant that can be scanned using a smartphone to find related flora information. The information presented in the form of name, type, morphology, taxonomy and flora status.
