Legal Basis of Establishment and Latest Changes
Based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and the Articles of Association contained in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 62 dated August 3, 1990 Supplement No. 2749, which has been amended in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2007 contained in Deed No. 5 dated August 4, 2008 made before Marianne Vincentia Hamdani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. The amendment has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-69995. AH.01.02. 2008 dated September 26, 2008.
The Articles of Association have been amended several times as contained in Deed No. 4 dated November 5, 2012 and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU- 61643.AH.01.02. of 2012 dated December 3, 2012 and Deed No. 14 dated July 10, 2013. Notification has been received by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in letter No. AHU-AH.01.10-34801 dated August 23, 2013 and Deed No. 39 dated April 21, 2016, and has received approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0009155.AH.01.02. of 2016 dated May 15, 2016 and Deed No. 46 dated April 30, 2018. Notification of the amendments have been received by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0213479 dated June 7, 2018 and the latest amendments to the Articles of Association are listed in Deed No. 18 dated January 31, 2020 which has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-0010803. AH.01.02 of 2020 dated February 7, 2020.
