KSOT Structure/Area Partnership Scheme
KSOT (“Kerja Sama Operasi dan/atau Teknologi) is a form of oil and gas operational cooperation that may utilize specific technology to manage Cooperation Area within the working area of Production Sharing Contract Contractor (“PSC Contractor”) between a Partner and the PSC Contractor, with the provision that the Partner holds no rights of participating interest in the Working Area/Cooperation Area managed by said Partner.
