PHE Group reserve the right, in its sole discretion, without having to state reasons and without notice to Prospective Partners: (a) to evaluate or not evaluate proposals; (b) change some or all of the dates and/or modify the terms and conditions of the auction process; (c) accept or reject proposals; (d) determine, change, terminate, or suspend this auction process at any time, without any obligation or compensation or damages. We and/or each of our subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or each of our directors, officers, and/or employees, shall have no liability whatsoever to Prospective Partners as a result of the request for proposals and the implementation of this auction process.
If there is any inconsistency or difference in interpretation or conflict between the Indonesian text and the English text, the Indonesian text shall prevail.
