This scheme governs the selection of prospective partners for structures or areas proposed by an initiating prospective partner (i.e., a party submitting a cooperation proposal, either through the Government or based on a formal recommendation).

The submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and all required supporting documents must be completed by no later than 20 April 2026 at 23:59 WIB.
