JAKARTA – PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), as the Upstream Subholding of Pertamina, continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving socio-economic conditions and education in local communities. This time, PHE has taken a hands-on role in the education of elementary school students.

Held at Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 03 Pagi Kebagusan in South Jakarta, PHE, in collaboration with the Bergerak Community, organized the 'Pertamina Energi Negeri (PEN) 7.0' voluntary program on Monday, August 26, 2024. In attendance was the President Director of PHE, Chalid Said Salim, who served as an instrucfor the students. During the session, Chalid shared personal stories and experiences, offering guidance and inspiration.

“Stay enthusiastic in chasing your dreams, and may success be yours in the future. The key to success lies in learning from your teachers, showing respect, and always seeking prayers from your parents,” Chalid told the students.

The involvement of Pertamina workers has a significant impact on our students,” she remarked.

PEN 7.0 was conducted simultaneously in 79 elementary schools across Indonesia, involving Pertamina Group employees who volunteered in various capacities as facilitators, teachers, and documenters, all to share knowledge and contribute to the advancement of education.
