Jakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, has proudly demonstrated its exceptional performance, earning top honours at the SKK Migas Award 2024. During the ceremony held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Intercontinental Pondok Indah, Jakarta, Pertamina subsidiaries secured numerous prestigious awards.

Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding also excelled in the 2024 Upstream Oil and Gas Sports Week, securing victories in badminton, women’s table tennis, basketball, tennis, and mini soccer.

Dwi Soetjipto, Head of SKK Migas, highlighted the importance of recognising contractor performance in maintaining national energy resilience. "This award promotes both excellence in operations and stronger relationships within the industry," he noted.

Chalid Said Salim, President Director of PHE, expressed gratitude for the continuous support from SKK Migas and stakeholders, saying, “We are honoured by this recognition, which motivates us to improve further and ensure national energy security.”

The 2024 SKK Migas Award celebrates 22 years of SKK Migas' contribution to the upstream oil and gas sector, emphasising collaboration with KKKS and investors to fortify the nation’s energy resilience.

PHE reaffirmed its commitment to adhering to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and sustainable practices, having been a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) since June 2022. PHE also upholds zero tolerance on bribery through the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), certified to ISO 37001:2016.

With this global recognition, PHE aims to solidify its reputation as a world-class oil and gas company, championing environmental responsibility, social progress, and exemplary governance.
