                                    BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN 1. Implementasi ONE Pertamina Untuk memastikan bahwa program ONE Pertamina berjalan secara menyuluruh di setiap Fungsi di Lingkungan Subholding Upstream, maka pimpinan Fungsi sebagai Role Model harus menyelesaikan beberapa proses persiapan assessment LCV dengan rangkaian aktivitas sebagai berikut: %u2022 Sosialisasi dan internalisasi program ONE Pertamina sejalan Program Budaya 2024, %u2022 Monitoring kelengkapan evidence perbulan, %u2022 Laporan kelengkapan evidence periode triwulanan dan Semesteran, selain laporan bulanan, %u2022 Coaching Clinic terjadwal semesteran per SH untuk memastikan progress LCV fungsi.  2. Assessment LCV Score 330 Program percepatan proses internalisasi AKHLAK (Living Core Values) pada Pekerja PWTT, PWT dan TAD yang dipimpin oleh para pimpinan (Level VP/GM) di Pertamina Group untuk mendorong dan menanamkan budaya kinerja tinggi. Pengukuran tersebut dinilai berdasarkan assessment score Leaders pencapaian minimal 330. Untuk mencapai score tersebut Fungsi HC melakuan monitoring pembaharuan evidence dan upskilling kepada Agent of Change untuk membantu Leaders dalam melakukan assessment.Nilai total SHU tahun 2024 sebesar 368,83 meningkat dari tahun 2023 sebesar 334. Tahun 2024 SHU berhasil meningkatkan maturity level internalisasi tata nilai AKHLAK dari level Engagement menjadi Commitment serta tidak ada lagi satupun VP atau GM yang berada dalam level Awareness.  DIGITALIZED HC & ANALYTICS 1. Pengembangan & Peningkatan Aplikasi Aspek HC Beberapa pengembangan dan peningkatan aplikasi aspek HC yang telah diimplementasikan sebagai berikut: CORPORATE CULTURE 1. Implementation of ONE PertaminaTo ensure that the ONE Pertamina program runs comprehensively in every Function within the Subholding Upstream, the Function leader as a Role Model must complete several LCV assessment preparation processes with the following series of activities:%u2022 Dissemination and internalization of the ONE Pertamina program in line with the Cultural Program of 2024,%u2022 Monitoring the completeness of evidence per month,%u2022 Report on the completeness of evidence for quarterly and semi-annual periods, in addition to monthly reports,%u2022 Coaching Clinic is scheduled every semester per SH to ensure the progress of LCV function. 2. Assessment LCV Score 330Acceleration program for the internalization process of AKHLAK (Living Core Values) in PWTT, PWT and TAD Workers led by leaders (VP/GM Level) in Pertamina Group to encourage and instill a high-performance culture. The measurement is assessed based on the assessment score of Leaders achieving a minimum of 330. To achieve this score, the HC Function monitors the renewal of evidence and upskilling to Agents of Change to assist Leaders in conducting assessments.The total value of SHU in 2024 was 368.83, an increase from 2023 which was 334. In 2024, SHU succeeded in increasing the maturity level of internalization of AKHLAK values from the Engagement to Commitment level and there were no longer any VPs or GMs at the Awareness level.
