Travel Management Regional 4, aplikasi perjalanan dinas diimplementasikan sepesifik di Regional 4. Kedepannya akan dimigrasi ke Digitas Travel Management. c. Dashboard BOD/BOC, aplikasi yang dibuat dengan kooridnasi fungsi UBPPM Subholding Usptream untuk menyampaikan laporan bulanan fungsi-fungsi di bawah Direktur SDM & Penunjang Bisnis Subholding Upstream. 2. Continous Improvement Program 2024 Rangkaian kegiatan CIP tahun 2024 diawali dengan Pembekalan/Coaching PDCA, pembekalan Penulisan Risalah CIP sampai dengan pelaksanaan Forum Presentasi CIP 2024. Berikut ini adalah beberapa penghargaan/pencapaian yang diperoleh sepanjang tahun 2024, yaitu: 1. International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation And Technology Exposition (IPITEX), Thailand, 2 %u2013 6 Februari 2024 (1 Grand prize 1, 2 Gold & 1 Silver). 2. Internation Awards at the 17th International Invention & Innovation Show INTARG, Polandia (1 Platinum & 3 Gold).3. APQ Awards 2024 (29 Platinum, 25 Gold, 5 Silver & 1 Bronze) a. Penghargaan Dharma Karya Energi Kementerian ESDM 2024, 2 Gugus: i. PC Prove Musang King %u2013 Akselerasi Produksi Gs Sebesar 2.000 MMSCF melalui Batch Technique Workover di Block Deepawater Malaysia. ii. FT Prove Terapis %u2013 Meningkatkan Kehandalan Sistem Fuel Diesel Engine dengan Inovasi Filter Pelepah Pisang. b. Penghargaan Dharma Karya Energi Kementerian ESDM 2024, 2 Gugus c. Forum Upstream Improvement & Innovation Award(UIIA) 2024 dan berhasil membukukan Value Creation real berbasis Cost Optimization yang terverifikasi hingga 2,57 Triliun Rupiah atau sekitar 170 Juta USD. Best of The Best%u2019 UIIA 2024 diraih oleh Regional 2 PT Pertamina EP. 3. Penyusunan RKAP 2025 & WP&B 2025 KKKS di Lingkungan Subholding Upstream. Telah dilakukan penyampaian usulan RKAP 2025 terkait Personnel Cost ke Fungsi Keuangan dan Investasi Subholding Upstream dan saat ini masih dilakukan Challenge Session level Holding Subholding. Fungsi HC Subholding Upstream telah mengakomodir Person in Charge (PIC) WP&B 2025 KKKS di Regional untuk melakukan koordinasi awal dan pembahasan spesifik dengan SDM SKK Migas untuk mendapatkan persetujuan usulan WP&B 2025 aspek SDM. Proses yang akan berjalan selanjutnya yaitu Rapat Pleno WP&B pada bulan Oktober 2024. a. Digital Travel Management, an application from the Holding as a form of ONE Pertamina which is currently still a pilot project at the Head Office of the Subholding.b. Travel Management of Region 4, the business travel application is implemented specifically in Region 4. In the future it will be migrated to Digitas Travel Management.c. BOD/BOC Dashboard, an application created with the coordination of the UBPPM function of the Subholding Upstream to deliver monthly reports of functions under the Director of HC & Corporate Services of the Subholding Upstream. 2. Continuous Improvement Program of 2024The series of CIP activities in 2024 began with PDCA Briefing/Coaching, briefing on Writing CIP Minutes until the implementation of the CIP Presentation Forum of 2024.Some of the awards/achievements obtained throughout 2024 are as follows:1. Preparation of RKAP 2025 & WP&B 2025 KKKS within the Subholding Upstream The submission of proposal of RKAP 2025 regarding Personnel Costs to the Finance and Investment Function of the Subholding Upstream has been conducted and currently the Challenge Session at the Holding Subholding level is still ongoing.The HC function of the Subholding Upstream has accommodated the Person in Charge (PIC) of WP&B 2025 KKKS in the Region to conduct initial coordination and specific discussions with the HR of SKK Migas to obtain approval for the proposal of WP&B 2025 HR aspect.
