Global Talent Exposure (GTE) Program GTE telah memasuki fase peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa melalui aplikasi Go Fluent serta Culture Familirization, dimana fase ini diawali dengan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa umum yang digunakan secara masif. Peserta baru akan dapat melanjutkan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasanya setelah mencapai tingkat tertinggi (C2) di Bahasa Inggris. 3. Tugas Belajar Seluruh proses seleksi Tugas Belajar 2024 telah selesai dilaksanakan, dari beberapa Pekerja yang lulus seluruh tahapan, terdapat 5 (lima) Pekerja yang telah memilih Universitas di luar Negeri sebagai berikut: %u2022 Colorado School of Mines %u2022 Imperial College London %u2022 University of Edinburgh %u2022 University of Strathclyde, Glasgow %u2022 Cranfield University Secara bertahap, Pekerja yang telah lulus tahapan seleksi Tugas Belajar akan menjalankan program pembelajaran di tahun 2025 sesuai dengan kurikulum program belajar yang dipilih oleh Pekerja. 4. Upstream Academy Modul pengembangan dalam Upstream Academy tahun 2024 fokus kepada kompentensi teknis Deepwater, CCS/CCUS dan Merger & Acquisition (M&A). Dimana modul CCS/CCUS dan Deepwater masih dalam proses penyusunan dengan target implementasi di tahun 2025. Untuk modul M&A sudah selesai dan akan berjalan pilot Training-nya di Q1 tahun 2025. 2. Global Talent Exposure (GTE)The GTE program has entered the language skill improvement phase through Go Fluent application and Culture Familiarization, where this phase begins with English as a common language used massively. New participants will be able to continue improving their language skills after reaching the highest level (C2) in English.3. Study AssignmentThe entire Study Assignment selection process in 2024 has been completed, from several Workers who passed all stages, there are 5 (five) Workers who have chosen Universities abroad as follows:%u2022 Colorado School of Mines%u2022 Imperial College London%u2022 University of Edinburgh%u2022 University of Strathclyde, Glasgow%u2022 Cranfield University Gradually, Workers who have passed the Study Assignment selection stage will undertake a learning program in 2025 in accordance with the curriculum of the study program chosen by the Workers.4. Upstream AcademyThe development module in the Upstream Academy in 2024 focuses on technical competencies of Deepwater, CCS/CCUS and Merger & Acquisition (M&A). Where the CCS/CCUS and Deepwater modules are still in the process of being prepared with an implementation target in 2025.
