Employee Satisfaction Survey/User Satisfaction Index 2024 Pada tanggal 12 Desember 2024 telah dilakukan pengukuran kepuasan layanan Human Capital di Lingkungan SHU melalui metode survey dengan responden di Kantor Pusat SHU, Regional 1 s/d Regional 5 sebanyak 2510 Pekerja (122% dari target responden 2042). Realisasi Index kepuasan tahun 2024 meningkat 2.3% dari 4.31 menjadi 4.41 dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 7. Employee Satisfaction Survey/User Satisfaction Index 2024On December 12, 2024, a measurement of satisfaction with Human Capital services within SHU was conducted through a survey with 2510 Worker respondents at the Head Office of SHU, Region 1 to Region 5 (122% of the target respondents of 2042). Learning & Development Effectiveness (LDE) LDE merupakan metode yang diterapkan untuk mengukur apakah pelatihan dan pengembangan sudah merata dilaksanakan oleh Pekerja, kualitas pelaksanaan dan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran serta mengukur dampak pelaksanaan dari suatu pelatihan melalui feedback Pekerja. LDE juga menjadi salah satu item KPI tahun 2024 di VP HC Subholding Upstream. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Development of employee capabilities & competencies at the Subholding Upstream implements Blended Learning consisting of 10% Formal Learning/Training/Self-Study, 20% Informal Learning/Feedback/Coaching & Mentoring and Benchmarking, and 70% Assignment, Special Project, OJT and Rotation.1. Learning & Development Effectiveness (LDE)LDE is a method applied to measure whether training and development have been evenly implemented by Workers, the quality of implementation and success of the learning process and measure the impact of the implementation of a training through Worker feedback.
