[GRI 406-1]Perusahaan secara berkala memonitor implementasi kebijakan HAM sejak 2022 hingga 2024 dengan beberapa ikhtisar sebagai berikut: 1. Memasukkan aspek HAM sebagai salah satu Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada jabatan Direktur SDM & Penunjang Bisnis PHE dan Vice President Human Capital PHE. 2. Membuat kebijakan turunan di level operasional terkait HAM, seperti Pedoman Pengimplementasian HAM Dalam Pengamanan. 3. Melaksanakan sosialisasi/pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja dan pimpinan tentang HAM, antara lain Advancing Decent Work in Business Through the UN Global Compact Labour Principles, Business and Human Rights: How Companies Can Operationalize the UN Guiding Principles, Deepening Human Rights Due Diligence, Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR) bagi para pekerja di bidang pengamanan, Industrial Relations for Leaders dimana salah satu materinya berkenaan tentang kebijakan dan implementasi HAM, serta berbagai broadcast email kepada seluruh pekerja tentang kebijakan dan implementasi HAM. 4. Melaksanakan uji tuntas (due diligence) HAM berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang terdapat dalam Penilaian Risiko Bisnis dan HAM (PRISMA) yang dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal HAM Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia. Penilaian melalui PRISMA telah dilakukan dengan hasil meraih Predikat Hijau dan skor 111. Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk menilai, menganalisis, dan mengurangi risiko-risiko HAM yang mungkin timbul dalam aktivitas bisnis perusahaan. Aspek yang dinilai mencakup Profil Perusahaan, Kebijakan HAM, Dampak HAM, Mekanisme Pengaduan, Rantai Pasok, Tenaga Kerja, Kondisi Kerja, Serikat Pekerja, Diskriminasi, Privasi, Lingkungan, Komunitas Adat, serta Tanggung Jawab Sosial. Selain dalam lingkungan pekerja, perusahaan juga memberi dukungan pada nilai-nilai universal HAM terhadap penduduk asli/masyarakat adat yang ada di sekitar wilayah kerja PHE Subholding Upstream. Perusahaan selalu menjunjung tinggi hal-hak masyarakat adat, seperti hak atas kepemilikan tanah, hak sosial, hak ekonomi, hak budaya, serta hak partisipasi efektif masyarakat adat. Dalam perjalanannya, perusahaan juga selalu melibatkan masyarakat adat/lokal dan menghargai hak kolektif masyarakat atas aspirasi mereka terhadap rencana pengembangan program yang diusulkan pada wilayah mereka. Conducting human rights due diligence based on indicators contained in the Business and Human Rights Risk Assessment (PRISMA) developed by the Directorate General of Human Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The PRISMA assessment has been conducted with the result of achieving a Green Predicate and a score of 111. This assessment aims to assess, analyze, and reduce human rights risks that may arise in the company%u2019s business activities. Aspects assessed include Company Profile, Human Rights Policy, Human Rights Impact, Complaint Mechanism, Supply Chain, Labor, Working Conditions, Labor Unions, Discrimination, Privacy, Environment, Indigenous Communities, and Social Responsibility. In addition to the work environment, the company also supports universal human rights values for indigenous people/indigenous communities around the working areas of PHE Subholding Upstream. The company always upholds the rights of indigenous peoples, such as the right to land ownership, social rights, economic rights, cultural rights, and the right to effective participation of indigenous peoples. In its journey, the company also always involves indigenous/local communities and respects the collective rights of the community for their aspirations regarding the proposed program development plan in their area.
