Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) Fungsi Industrial Relation (IR) Subholding Upstream melakakukan pendampingan selama proses penyusunan PKB di Entitas sampai proses pengesahaan antara Serikat Pekerja dan Perusahaan. Entitas yang telah disahkan sepanjang tahun 2024 yaitu Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Pertamina Hulu Indonesia dan Pertamia Hulu Kalimantan Timur. 5. Harmonisasi Pengupahan Pada tahun 2024, hamornisasi pengupahan yang akan dilakukan sebagai berikut: %u2022 Harmonisasi Pengupahan %u2013 Tunjangan Posisi, sudah mendapatkan persetujuan SDM Holding dan telah dilakukan Pelaksanaan Salary Increase Tahun 2024 di lingkungan SHU Group. %u2022 Study Harmonisasi Pengupahan Aspek Internasional, bekerjasama dengan konsultan untuk dapat membantu Fungsi HC Subholding Upstream dan HC Regional 5 melakukan studi. Pengelolaan Sistem Tata Kelola (STK) & ISO a. Pengelolan STK %u2022 Proses pengelolaan secara bertahap dilakukan Reviusebanyak 37 STK, Proses Persetujuan 28 STK dan sudah di-publish sebanyak 24 STK. %u2022 STK yang telah dilakukan ratifikasi dari STK Subholding Upstream ke Entitas sebanyak 100 STK. b. Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)The Industrial Relations (IR) function of the Subholding Upstream provides assistance during the CLA drafting process in the Entity until the ratification process between the Labor Union and the Company. The entities that have been ratified throughout 2024 are Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Pertamina Hulu Indonesia and Pertamia Hulu Kalimantan Timur.5. Wage HarmonizationIn 2024, wage harmonization was conducted as follows:%u2022 Wage Harmonization %u2013 Position Allowances, has received approval from the HR of the Holding and the Salary Increase of 2024 has been implemented within SHU Group.%u2022 Study of International Aspect of Wage Harmonization, in collaboration with consultants to assist the HC Function of the Subholding Upstream and the HC of Region 5 in conducting a study. Management of Governance System (STK) & ISO a. STK Management%u2022 The gradual management process involves reviewing 37 STKs, approving 28 STKs and publishing 24 STKs.%u2022 The number of STK that has been ratified from the STK of the Subholding Upstream to the Entity is 100 STK.b.
