Public Information Disclosure
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), as the Subholding Upstream of Pertamina, is committed to Public Information Transparency, as mandated by Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure.
Based on the Decree of the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) No. Kpts-07/C00000/2025-S0 dated May 15, 2025, concerning the Appointment of Public Information Management Officers (PPID) within Pertamina, the organizational structure for Public Information Services within Subholding Upstream Pertamina is as follows:
- Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi – as Superior Officer of Public Information and Documentation Management (Atasan PPID)
- Senior Manager External Communication & Stakeholder Relations – as Public Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi
Requests for Public Information can be submitted through the e-PPID platform at https://apps.pertamina.com/ppid/registrasi.
Applicants are required to complete the Public Information Request Form on the website and provide the necessary documents:
- Individual applicants: copy of ID card (KTP)
- Legal entities: Articles of Association (AD/ART) and a formal letter of information request
Once all requirements are fulfilled, applicants will receive an acknowledgment receipt from the Information Service Officer.
The PPID will provide a written response to the request within 10 (ten) working days after the application is received, which may be extended for up to 7 (seven) additional working days if necessary.
