                                    REKRUTMEN PEKERJARekrutmen merupakan proses yang krusial dalam pengelolaan SDM. Proses rekrutmen yang baik dapat menyaring talenta potensial yang dapat memberikan dampak melalui kontribusinya terhadap perusahaan. Pada tahun 2024, Perseroan mempertimbangkan lima hal dalam strategi rekrutmennya, yaitu: EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENTRecruitment is a crucial process in HR management. A good recruitment process can filter potential talents who can make an impact through their contribution to the company. In 2024, the Company considered five things in its recruitment strategy, namely:PEREKRUTAN DAN RETENSI KARYAWANEMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION(1) rencana jangka pendek dan jangka panjang Perseroan tahun 2024, (2) kebutuhan bisnis, (3) kondisi demografi karyawan terkini untuk menjaga stabilitas operasional Perseroan, (4) jumlah posisi kosong dan produktivitas Perseroan yang dilihat dari sisi produksi, (5) finansial dan jumlah karyawan.Dengan lima pertimbangan tersebut, strategi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu mengembangkan talenta internal Perseroan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi lebih besar dalam pertumbuhan bisnis Perseroan, melakukan mutasi atau penugasan dari luar (Pertamina Holding, Subholding lainnya dan perusahaan terafiliasi) ke dalam organisasi Perseroan, Internal Job Posting (IJP), dan rekrutmen karyawan baru, baik lulusan muda maupun kandidat berpengalaman. Rekrutmen karyawan baru dilakukan melalui media sosial dan situs rekrutmen terintegrasi Pertamina. Seluruh rangkaian tahap rekrutmen dipastikan untuk melalui proses seleksi yang transparan dan objektif.(1) the Company%u2019s short-term and long-term plans for 2024, (2) business needs, (3) current employee demographic conditions to maintain the Company%u2019s operational stability, (4) number of vacant positions and the Company%u2019s productivity as seen from the production side, (5) finances and number of employees.With these five considerations, the strategy to meet the workforce needs is conducted in three ways, namely: developing the Company%u2019s internal talents so as to provide greater contributions to the Company%u2019s business growth, conducting transfers or assignments from outside (Pertamina Holding, other Subholdings and affiliated companies) into the Company%u2019s organization, Internal Job Posting (IJP), and recruiting new employees, both fresh graduates and experienced candidates. Recruitment of new employees is conducted through social media and Pertamina%u2019s integrated recruitment site.
