                                    Kesempatan yang setara tidak lepas dari permasalahan gender. Perusahaan selalu berkomitmen untuk memperlakukan pekerja perempuan kesempatan yang setara dengan pekerja pria. Hingga tahun 2024 sendiri, perusahaan telah mempekerjakan perusahaan telah mempekerjakan sebanyak 1897 pekerja perempuan (13,56% dari total Pekerja) dengan 12,67% menduduki posisi manajerial. Perusahaan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan persentase ini melalui pemetaan demografi kemampuan pekerja perempuan yang kemudian dibekali dengan program upskilling terkait leadership dan coaching. Keberagaman gender pada level Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris dapat dilihat dari komposisi Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada bagian Tata Kelola atau profil lengkap Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada Laporan Tahunan Perseroan.Sejak 4 Juni 2024 juga telah dibentuk Komunitas Keberagaman dan Inklusi Perempuan Pertamina Tangguh Inspiratif Wibawa dan Integritas (PERTIWI) di Subholding Upstream mengacu pada Surat Perintah No. Prin-032/PHE00000/2024-S0 oleh Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Hulu Energi untuk dapat menjalankan dan memonitor berbagai inisiatif gender equalitysecara berkelanjutan, termasuk untuk mendorong semakin banyaknya female leader dari level junior management hingga level Direksi. Terdapat 4 bidang yang menjadi fokus kegiatan ini yaitu Sustainability, Development, Wellbeing, dan Partnership & Communication. Berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan juga telah selaras dengan 7 Women%u2019s Empowerment Principles dari UN Women dan UN Global Compact. Keberagaman gender pada level Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris dapat dilihat dari komposisi Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada bagian Tata Kelola atau profil lengkap Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada Laporan Tahunan Perseroan.Selain itu, komitmen PHE juga tercermin melalui rasio gaji pokok dan remunerasi karyawan laki-laki terhadap perempuan untuk tiap kategori karyawan. Dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan pengupahan kepada seluruh Karyawan, Perusahaan menerapkan kesetaraan gender diseluruh tingkat jabatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan rasio upah atau gaji terdapat karyaran pria maupun wanita.[GRI 405-1, 405-2]Equal opportunities are inseparable from gender issues. The company is always committed to treating female workers with equal opportunities as male workers. Gender diversity at the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners level can be observed from the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in the Governance section or from the detailed profiles of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in the Company's Annual Report.Since June 4, 2024, Diversity and Inclusion Community Perempuan Pertamina Tangguh Inspiratif Wibawa dan Integritas (PERTIWI) was established in the Subholding Upstream referring to Order No. Prin-032/PHE00000/2024-S0 by the President Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi so as to conduct and monitor various gender equality initiatives to improve the capabilities of female workers, including to encourage more female leaders from the junior management level to the level of Board Directors and Board of Commissioners. There are 4 areas that are the focus of this activity, namely Sustainability, Development, Wellbeing, and Partnership & Communication. Various activities conducted have also been in line with the 7 Women%u2019s Empowerment Principles from UN Women and the UN Global Compact. Gender diversity at the level of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners can be seen from the composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in the Governance section or the complete profile of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in the Company%u2019s Annual Report.In addition, PHE%u2019s commitment is also reflected through the ratio of basic salary and remuneration of male to female employees for each employee category. In implementing the wage policy to all employees, the Company applies gender equality at all levels of office. This shows that there is no difference in the wage or salary ratio between male and female employees.
