Farm-in Opportunities
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), is inviting companies to assess the potential acquisition of PI, encompassing up to 100% (inclusive of 10% PI BUMD). In line with a strategic evaluation of its upstream operations focused on optimizing the portfolio of producing assets, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi is contemplating the possible farm down of substantial interests in two Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), specifically the Ogan Komering PSC and Raja/Pendopo PSC, both located in South Sumatra Basin, Indonesia.
