Dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi pekerjanya secara berkelanjutan, Perseroan menyelenggarakan sistem evaluasi kinerja bagi karyawannya. Evaluasi tersebut dapat membantu tiap pekerja untuk mengetahui ruang pengembangan bagi individu maupun kelompok. Sebagai perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab, evaluasi tersebut harus berjalan secara adil tanpa diskriminasi atau menguntungkan pihak tertentu. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan pengukuran yang telah terstandardisasi dan disepakati bersama.Perseroan menetapkan KPI (Key Performance Indicator) bagi seluruh karyawan. KPI tersebut telah disesuaikan dengan Pertamina Reference Level (PRL), fungsi, divisi, serta tanggung jawab tiap individu. Kemudian, Perseroan secara rutin setiap tahun melakukan People Review Annual Process. Hasil dari penilaian tersbut akan digunakan untuk menentukan jalur promosi, penetapan bonus, penentuan kebutuhan, pengembangan kompetensi, dan portfolio pekerja. Selama tahun 2024, 100% karyawan menerima penilaian kinerja dan pengembangan karir. The evaluation can help each employee to know the areas of improvement for individuals and groups. As a responsible company, the evaluation must be conducted fairly without discrimination or benefiting certain parties. The assessment is conducted based on standardized and mutually agreed measurements.The Company sets KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for all employees. The KPI has been adjusted to the Pertamina Reference Level (PRL), function, division, and responsibility of each individual. Then, the Company routinely conducts the People Review Annual Process every year. The results of the assessment will be used to determine promotion paths, determine bonuses, determine needs, develop competencies, and employee portfolios.
