Perseroan menjamin bahwa remunerasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku, termasuk memberikan upah di atas rata-rata Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP). Remunerasi yang diberikan juga dikalkulasi dan ditetapkan secara adil berdasarkan indikator objektif seperti posisi, masa kerja, dan pencapaian kinerja tanpa praktik diskriminasi terhadap aspek jenis kelamin, agama, suku, dan lainnya. Pada tahun 2024, gaji terendah yang diberikan di PHE mencapai rata-rata 126% di atas standar Upah Minimum Provinsi pada setiap wilayah operasional.
