Selain pekerja tetap dan pekerja kontrak, terdapat pula pekerja dari pihak supplier dan kontraktor yang bertugas di bidang teknis di lapangan. Pekerja tersebut melakukan aktivitas dalam lingkup PHE, sehingga PHE berkewajiban memberi kompensasi sesuai kontrak kerja yang disepakati di awal kerja sama. Pada kontrak kerja tersebut, Perseroan telah memastikan sudah terdapat pernyataan-pernyataan penting seperti pemenuhan upah minimum, kebijakan jam kerja, pelarangan diskriminasi, kondisi lingkungan tempat kerja, dan tempat tinggal pribadi yang disesuaikan dengan regulasi terkait ketenagakerjaan, baik nasional maupun internasional.In addition to permanent workers and contract workers, there are also workers from suppliers and contractors who work in the technical field.
