Pendekatan Khusus Kepada Pemangku Kepentingan: Perjanjian Kerja BersamaBerkaitan dengan perjanjian antara Perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan, Perusahaan juga memiliki perjanjian kerja bersama sebagai bentuk pengambilan keputusan bersama. Sebagai contoh, untuk pemangku kepentingan internal seperti pekerja, Perusahaan menjalankan perjanjian kerja bersama dengan perwakilan serikat pekerja. Perjanjian ini membahas berbagai hal seperti kondisi kerja, peraturan Perusahaan, tunjangan pekerja, dan lain-lain. Perjanjian kerja bersama ini merupakan bentuk pengambilan keputusan bersama antara Perusahaan dan pekerja mengenai operasi Perusahaan.Mekanisme Nominasi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi [GRI 2-10]Mekanisme nominasi untuk Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi merupakan proses kunci dalam pengelolaan perusahaan. Mekanisme ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa calon-calon yang diusulkan memiliki kualifikasi, pengalaman, dan integritas yang diperlukan untuk memimpin perusahaan. Mekanisme nominasi yang baik membantu memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan perusahaan dengan membentuk dewan yang kompeten dan beragam. Proses ini juga membantu menciptakan kepercayaan dari pihak eksternal dan internal terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan.Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri BUMN No. PER-03/MBU/03/2023 tentang Organ dan SDM BUMN dimana Permen tersebut merupakan upaya untuk mewujudkan Peraturan Menteri BUMN yang komprehensif dengan menggabungkan beberapa peraturan BUMN diantaranya:1. PerMen No. PER-03/MBU/2012 jo No. PER-4/MBU/06/2020 tentang Pedoman Pengangkatan Anggota Direksi dan Anggota Dewan Komisaris Anak Perusahaan BUMN;2. PerMen No. PER-12/MBU/2012 jo No. PER-14/MBU/10/2021 tentang Organ Pendukung Dewan Komisaris/ Dewan Pengawas BUMN;3. PerMen No. PER-04/MBU/2014 jo No. PER13/MBU/09/2021 tentang Pedoman Penetapan Penghasilan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, dan Dewan Pengawas BUMN;4. PerMen No. PER-02/MBU/02/2015 jo No. PER-10/MBU/10/2020 tentang Persyaratan dan Tata Cara Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Pengawas BUMN;5. PerMen No. PER-11/MBU/11/2020 tentang Kontrak Manajemen dan Kontrak Manajemen Tahunan Direksi BUMN;6. PerMen No. PER-11/MBU/07/2021 jo No. PER-7/MBU/09/2022 tentang Persyaratan Tata Cara Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Anggota Direksi BUMN. Special Approach to Stakeholders: Collective Bargaining AgreementIn the context of agreement between the Company and stakeholders, the Company also has collective bargaining agreement as a form of collective decision making. For instance, for internal stakeholders such as employees, the Company undertakes collective bargaining agreement with labor union representatives. Such negotiations include discussion on various matters such as work conditions, Company regulation, employee allowances, and others. Such collective bargaining agreement represent a form of collective decision making between the Company and its employees concerning the Company%u2019s operations.Nomination Mechanism for the Board of Commissioners and Directors [GRI 2-10] The nomination mechanism for the Board of Commissioners and Directors is a key process in the Company%u2019s management. The purpose of this mechanism is to ensure that the nominated candidates possess qualifications, experience, and integrity required to lead the company. A proper nomination mechanism helps ensure the company%u2019s sustainability and success by forming a competent and diverse board. This process also helps develop external and internal parties%u2019 trust in the company%u2019s sustainability.Regulation of Minister of State-owned Enterprises (SOE) No. PER-03/MBU/03/2023 concerning Organs and HR of SOE is a consolidated tool intended to implement Minister of SOE regulations in a comprehensive manner by combining several SOE related regulations, among other things: 1. Ministerial Regulation No. PER-03/MBU/2012 in conjunction with No. PER-4/MBU/06/2020 concerning Guidelines for Appointment of Members of Directors and Members of the Board of Commissioners of SOE's Subsidiaries;2. Ministerial Regulation No. PER-12/MBU/2012 in conjunction with No. PER-14/MBU/10/2021 concerning Supporting Organs of the Board of Commissioners/ Supervisory Board of SOE;3.
