                                    Mekanisme penanganan keadaan darurat dilakukan dengan prinsip tiered response (berjenjang) melalui organisasi tanggap darurat (ERO/Emergency Response Organization) pada fasilitas lapangan produksi/Site Proyek/Site Eksplorasi (SERT), level Zona atau setara (IMT), Regional atau setara (BST), dan Subholding Upstream(CMT) sesuai dengan kompleksitas insidennya. Sebelum terjadinya keadaan darurat, Perusahaan berupaya untuk melakukan persiapan tanggap darurat dan krisis yang bertujuan untuk melakukan langkah-langkah mitigasi agar setiap insiden tidak bereskalasi ke tingkat keparahan yang lebih besar. Dengan kata lain, pengelolaan tanggap darurat mengupayakan dampak insiden yang sekecilkecilnya baik dalam aspek nyawa manusia, lingkungan, asset, dan reputasi (people, environment, asset, dan reputation, atau PEAR). Latihan tanggap darurat (emergency exercise) menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengukur kesiapan tim baik dalam hal kompetensi personel, ketepatan prosedur, efektifitas prosedur dan kesiapan peralatan tanggap darurat. Organisasi tanggap darurat di lingkungan PHE Subholding Upstream disusun dengan prinsip respon berjenjang (tieredresponse) sebagai berikut:The emergency management mechanism is conducted with the principle of tiered response through emergency response organizations (ERO) at production field facilities/Project Sites/Exploration Sites (SERT), Zone or equivalent (IMT), Regional or equivalent (BST), and Subholding Upstream (CMT) levels depending on the complexity of the incident. Before an emergency occurs, the Company strives to prepare for emergency and crisis response aimed at conducting mitigation measures so that no incident escalates to a greater level of severity. In other words, emergency response management seeks the smallest possible impact of incidents both in terms of human life, environment, assets, and reputation (people, environment, assets, and reputation, or PEAR). Emergency drills are one way to measure team readiness both in terms of personnel competence, accuracy of procedures, effectiveness of procedures and readiness of emergency response equipment. Salah satu pencapaian penting adalah Go Live untuk Dashboard AIMS (Asset Integrity Management) & DashboardPSM (Process Safety Management) yang bertujuan meningkatkan keandalan dan integritas seluruh aset fasilitas produksi, menjamin keselamatan proses serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di seluruh wilayah operasi PHE Subholding Upstream. Penerapan dashboard ini sangat penting secara sistem untuk memantau keandalan aset fasilitas produksi secara waktu nyata (realtime) dalam rangka menurunkan jumlah kebocoran dan penurunan Loss Production Opportunity (LPO) untuk menjaga target produksi serta merupakan bagian dari transformasi digital yang dilakukan perusahaan. [SASB EM-EP-540a.1]In 2023, there were several incidents related to process safety categorized into Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 which have been followed up by conducting various preventive measures. One of the important achievements is Go Live for AIMS (Asset Integrity Management) Dashboard & PSM (Process Safety Management) Dashboard which aims to improve the reliability and integrity of all production facility assets, ensure process safety and improve operational efficiency in all PHE Subholding Upstream operating areas.
