Perusahaan senantiasa memperhatikan aspek keselamatan lingkungan kerja di setiap lokasi usaha dan lingkungan sekitar perusahaan dengan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan keselamatan kerja dan standar pengelolaan lingkungan. Selama tahun 2023, Perusahaan melakukan perhitungan Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) menggunakan metode OSHA Log 300 dengan basis penghitungan per-1.000.000, dan tidak ada pekerja yang dikecualikan dalam penghitungan. TRIR PHE Subholding Upstream dalam periode tahun 2023 sebesar 0,14 dengan target yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya yakni 0,19 (capaian semakin rendah semakin baik), dimana jumlah insiden (recordable incident) yang tercatat 47 insiden dengan total jumlah jam kerja mencapai 333.654.152. [GRI 403-9][SASB EM-EP-320a.1]Jumlah Hilang Hari KerjaThe company consistently prioritizes environmental safety aspects at every business location and the surrounding environment by maintaining environmental sustainability in accordance with occupational safety regulations and environmental management standards. During the year 2023, the company calculated the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) using the OSHA Log 300 method with a calculation basis per 1,000,000, and no employees were excluded from the calculation. The TRIR for PHE Subholding Upstream during the 2023 period was 0.14, with a previously set target of 0.19 (lower achievement indicating better performance). The recorded number of incidents (recordable incidents) was 47 incidents, with a total working hours of 333,654,152. [GRI 403-9][SASB EM-EP-320a.1]Number of Lost WorkdaysCLSR dirancang untuk mencegah kecelakaan fatal dan mengurangi risiko di tempat kerja, dengan menjelaskan protokol keselamatan penting, seperti safe zone position, permit to work dan lifting operation. Namun, pada tahun 2023, terdapat 3 kejadian Fatalitypada kegiatan Workover dimana hal tersebut seluruhnya dialami oleh kontraktor Perusahaan. Ketika kecelakaan fatal terjadi, hal tersebut menjadi tanda bahwa CLSR dilanggar atau tidak diterapkan dengan memadai. Perusahaan bertanggung jawab penuh atas peristiwa kecelakaan yang terjadi, baik dengan memberikan pembiayaan perawatan korban luka sampai dengan pemakaman bagi korban yang meninggal dunia. Atas kejadian insiden yang terjadi selama tahun 2023, Perusahaan melakukan berbagai upaya mitigasi untuk menekan total fatality dan insiden yang terjadi antara lain dengan menyusun, memonitor serta melakukan evaluasi implementasi program transformasi keselamatan operasi di Lingkungan Subholding Upstream. Program transformasi keselamatan operasi berfokus kepada 4 hal yaitu CLSR (Corporate Life Saving Rules), CLSR is designed to prevent fatal accidents and reduce risks in the workplace, by describing important safety protocols, such as safe zone position, permit to work and lifting operation. However, in 2023, there were 3 Fatality incidents in Workover activities whereby all of them were experienced by the Company's contractors. Any fatal accident indicates that the CLSR was violated or not implemented adequately. The Company takes full responsibility for the accidents that occur, both by providing financing for the treatment of the injured or the funeral for the deceased. In view of incidents that occurred in 2023, the Company has undertaken various mitigation measures to reduce total fatalities and the occurrence of incidents, among others, by compiling, monitoring and conducting valuation of the implementation of operational safety transformation programs in the Subholding Upstream Environment.
