Pengembangan Insan PHE Subholding Upstream yang UnggulDevelopment of Excellent PHE Subholding Upstream Personnel 10 11Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat lokal untuk turut serta berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan bisnis perusahaan dengan menjadi pegawai PHE Subholding Upstream melalui program BKJT (Bimbingan Keahlian Juru Teknik). Program BKJT bertujuan untuk menyasar dan melestarikan lulusan SMA setempat dari kategori masyarakat lokal dan masyarakat adat. Perekrutan masyarakat lokal dilakukan dengan mempekerjakan pegawai yang berdomisili di sekitar wilayah operasional aktif PHE Subholding Upstream. Sedangkan rekrutmen masyarakat adat melibatkan perekrutan tenaga kerja yang berasal dari daerah 3T (Tertinggal, Terdepan, dan Terluar) atau yang terafiliasi dengan etnis marginal tertentu. Pada tahun 2023, terdapat 46 pegawai baru yang direkrut melalui jalur BKJT, dan 24% di antaranya direkrut dari kategori masyarakat adat. Hal ini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengukuhkan peran Perusahaan sebagai katalisator peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar perusahaan. The BKJT program aims to target and preserve local high school graduates from the categories of local communities and indigenous peoples. Local community recruitment is carried out by hiring employees who live around the active operational area of PHE Subholding Upstream. Meanwhile, the recruitment of indigenous peoples involves the recruitment of employees who come from 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost) areas or who are affiliated with certain marginalized ethnicities. In 2023, there were 46 new employees recruited through the BKJT channel, and 24% of them were recruited from the indigenous category.
