                                    Program tersebut disosialisasikan dan dipublikasikan melalui broadcast dalam bentuk tautan video agar karyawan dapat mengakses program tersebut secara mudah. Melalui upaya ini, diharapkan pekerja di lingkungan PHE memiliki kesadaran untuk menjaga kesehatan lingkungan, diri sendiri, dan sesama serta mengetahui gaya hidup sehat yang perlu diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Selain program yang disediakan PHE Subholding Upstream, layanan kesehatan ekstensif juga disediakan bagi karyawan dan keluarganya. Layanan tersebut mencakup di antaranya adalah sebagai berikut:1. Rawat jalan.2. Rawat inap.3. Layanan tambahan seperti perawatan gigi dan mata.4. Fasilitas BPJS Kesehatan untuk pekerja dan keluarganya.5. Tambahan asuransi sesuai kebutuhan operasional.[GRI 403-6, 11.9.7]Selain itu, PHE Subholding Upstream juga mengukur tingkat budaya HSSE dalam perusahaan melalui Survei Budaya HSSE. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengukur ketercapaian HSSE Beyond Culture yang mengarah pada HSSE Generatif. Survei yang dilakukan pada tahun 2024 menunjukkan bahwa PHE Subholding Upstream memiliki nilai rata-rata skor 4,25 (skala 5) atau berada pada level proactive, lebih tinggi dari tahun 2023 yaitu sebesar 4,21 (skala 5). Salah satu hal yang perlu diimplementasikan adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kompetensi pekerja dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, yaitu melalui HSSE Mandatory Training dan Technical Competencies. HSSE Mandatory Training wajib diberikan kepada seluruh pekerja untuk mengajarkan mengenai hal-hal mendasar dan esensial mengenai keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keamanan di lingkungan kerja, seperti kebijakan, prosedur, standar, dan praktik lainnya. Di sisi lain, Technical Competencies merujuk pada kemampuan teknis yang perlu dikuasai pekerja agar mereka dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan budaya kerja yang aman dan nyaman.OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TRAINING [GRI 403-5]In order to maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment, the Company needs to implement HSSE Policy. One of the things that needs to be implemented is an effort to increase worker awareness and competence in creating a safe work environment, namely through HSSE Mandatory Training and Technical Competencies. HSSE Mandatory Training must be provided for all workers to teach them about the basic and essential things about safety, health, and security in the work environment, such as policies, procedures, standards, and other practices.
