Penentuan diagnosis okupasi.Kementerian Kesehatan juga mengelompokkan penyebab penyakit akibat kerja ke dalam lima kategori, yaitu: faktor fisik (seperti kebisingan, getaran, radiasi pengion, radiasi nonpengion, tekanan udara, dan suhu ekstrem); faktor kimiawi yang berasal dari berbagai bahan kimia; faktor biologis (seperti bakteri, virus, jamur, dan parasit); faktor ergonomis (seperti posisi tubuh yang tidak wajar atau gerakan berulang); serta faktor psikososial (seperti beban kerja berlebihan, pekerjaan monoton, dan stres kerja). Selama tahun 2024, tidak ditemui penyakit akibat kerja pada seluruh pekerja PHE, baik pada karyawan maupun pada non-karyawan yang pekerjaan atau tempat kerjanya dikendalikan oleh PHE. [GRI 403-10]KESELAMATAN PROSES DAN PENCEGAHAN INSIDEN SKALA BESAR [IPIECA SHS-6]PHE Subholding Upstream yang bergerak di bidang eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi tak luput dari risiko kebakaran, ledakan, pencemaran lingkungan, gangguan keamanan, dan bencana alam yang dapat menimbulkan konsekuensi berupa korban jiwa, kerusakan lingkungan, kerusakan asset, dan turunnya reputasi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan keselamatan proses (process safety) menjadi prioritas utama untuk mencegah terjadinya insiden besar, memitigasinya dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis. Untuk mengelola aspek ini, perusahaan telah membuat Pedoman Process Safety & Asset Integrity Management System (PSAIMS) No. A8-004/PHE04000/2021-S9. Perusahaan juga telah membuat Pedoman Pengelolaan Tanggap Darurat dan Manajemen Krisis No. A8-001/PHE04000/2021-S9 Revisi-2 yang mencakup penanganan keadaan darurat kebakaran, tumpahan minyak dan bahan beracun dan berbahaya (B3), medis, keamanan, dan bencana alam. Selain itu, perusahaan menjalin kolaborasi erat dengan entitas (Subholding) lain dalam Grup PERTAMINA untuk memperkuat sinergi dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat. Dalam keadaan normal, pengelolaan sistem tanggap darurat dilakukan oleh Fungsi HSSE, khususnya melalui entitas Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM). Sebelum keadaan darurat terjadi, persiapan tanggap darurat dilakukan pada semua aspek, yaitu aspek sistem informasi, aspek organisasi dan kompetensi, aspek peralatan dan perlengkapan, aspek prosedur, dan dukungan external stakeholder. Latihan tanggap darurat (emergency exercise) 1. Determination of a clinical diagnosis.2. Identification of exposures experienced by workers in the work environment.3. Analysis of the relationship between exposure and clinical diagnosis.4. Exposure level measurement.5. Assessment of individual factors that may contribute.6. Ensure that there are no external factors outside the main job that influence.7. Determination of occupational diagnosis.The Ministry of Health also groups the causes of occupational diseases into five categories, namely: physical factors (such as noise, vibration, ionizing radiation, non-ionizing radiation, air pressure, and extreme temperatures); chemical factors originating from various chemicals; biological factors (such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites); ergonomic factors (such as unnatural body positions or repetitive movements); and psychosocial factors (such as excessive workload, monotonous work, and work stress). During 2024, no occupational diseases were found in all workers of PHE, both employees and nonemployees whose work or workplace was controlled by PHE.[GRI 403-10]PROCESS SAFETY AND LARGE-SCALE INCIDENT PREVENTION [IPIECA SHS-6]PHE Subholding Upstream, which is engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas, is not immune to the risks of fire, explosion, environmental pollution, security disturbances, and natural disasters that can result in fatalities, environmental damage, asset damage, and a decline in the company%u2019s reputation. Therefore, process safety management is a top priority to prevent major incidents, mitigate them, and support business sustainability. To manage this aspect, the company has created the Process Safety & Asset Integrity Management System (PSAIMS) Guidelines No. A8-004/PHE04000/2021-S9. The company has also created Emergency Response and Crisis Management Guidelines No. A8-001/PHE04000/2021-S9 Revision-2 which includes handling emergency situations such as fire, oil spills and toxic and hazardous materials (B3), medical, security, and natural disasters. In addition, the company collaborates closely with other entities (Subholdings) in PERTAMINA Group to strengthen the synergy in dealing with emergencies.Under normal circumstances, emergency response system management is conducted by the HSSE Function, especially through the Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM) entity. Before an emergency occurs, emergency response preparation is made in all aspects, namely the information system aspect, organizational and competency aspects, equipment and supplies aspects, procedure aspects, and external stakeholder support.
