                                    Dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, PHE membutuhkan SDM yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing hingga kancah internasional. Hal tersebut diwujudkan melalui programprogram pengembangan pekerja yang dilakukan secara rutin dan sistematis oleh Perseroan. Seluruh insan PHE berhak untuk memperoleh pendidikan dan pelatihan tanpa terkecuali. Inklusivitas dalam pengembangan kompetensi dapat mewujudkan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dalam Perseroan, sehingga terbentuk budaya yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan bagi pekerjanya. Peningkatan kompetensi juga mampu membantu karyawan agar adaptif dan tetap relevan dalam menghadapi perubahan zaman dan lingkungan bisnis.Program peningkatan kualitas SDM dilakukan melalui berbagai jenis kegiatan. Selama tahun 2024, Perseroan telah melaksanakan berbagai jenis pelatihan baik yang bersifat soft skill maupun hard skill. Total jumlah jam pembelajaran mencapai 487.049 jam pelatihan dengan rerata 34,77 jam pembelajaran per karyawan. Rata-rata jam pelatihan untuk karyawan lakilaki adalah 32,90 jam per karyawan laki-laki, dan rata-rata jam pelatihan untuk karyawan perempuan adalah 46,69 jam per karyawan perempuan. Selain keterampilan teknis, Perseroan juga berharap agar peserta pelatihan dapat memiliki kesadaran untuk terus mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya.
