[SASB EM-EP-540a.1]PENCEGAHAN DAN MITIGASI K3 TERKAIT RELASI BISNIS [GRI 403-7] PHE Subholding Upstream menerapkan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) untuk mengontrol konsistensi kinerja aspek HSSE para Mitra Kerja selama periode kontrak kerja di lingkungan Perusahaan.Sistem ini dirancang melalui pendekatan terstruktur, sistematis dan komprehensif untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengelola potensi risiko yang terkait dengan aktivitas Mitra Kerja yang ditetapkan dalam bentuk prosedur. Selain itu, Perusahaan juga menetapkan pengelolaan tanggap darurat antara Perusahaan dan Mitra Kerja sebagai upaya memastikan keselamatan personal, lingkungan, asset dan reputasi. Implementasi dari CSMS ini untuk menunjukkan komitmen dalam memprioritaskan keselamatan dan meminimalkan risiko yang terkait dengan alih daya pekerjaan ke pihak eksternal. Dengan menerapkan CSMS, dapat menciptakan budaya HSSE dan akuntabilitas di antara seluruh pekerja yang terlibat dalam proses kontrak.Selama tahun 2024 kontrak kerja dengan klasifikasi risiko tinggi sebesar 80% dan 20% untuk risiko menengah.Semua Mitra Kerja telah menerima kontrak yang mencakup klausul socio-economic exhibit, sejalan dengan Perusahaan yang telah mengadopsi Kebijakan Sosial untuk Pemasok dan Kontraktor PT Pertamina (Persero) sebagai upaya memastikan prinsip-prinsip HAM diterapkan bagi pekerja di lingkungan kerja mereka. [SASB EM-EP-540a.1]PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF OHS RELATED TO BUSINESS RELATIONS [GRI403-7]PHE Subholding Upstream implements the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to control the consistency of the HSSE aspect performance of the Work Partners during the work contract period in the Company%u2019s environment.This system is designed through a structured, systematic and comprehensive approach to identify, assess and manage potential risks associated with the activities of Work Partners that are set out in the form of procedures. In addition, the Company also establishes emergency response management between the Company and Work Partners as an effort to ensure personal safety, the environment, assets and reputation.The implementation of this CSMS is to demonstrate a commitment to prioritizing safety and minimizing the risks associated with work outsourcing to external parties. By implementing CSMS, it can create a culture of HSSE and accountability among all workers involved in the contract process.During 2024, work contracts with high risk classification will be 80% and 20% for medium risk.All Work Partners have received contracts that include socioeconomic exhibit clauses, in line with the Company%u2019s adoption of the Social Policy for Suppliers and Contractors of PT Pertamina (Persero) as an effort to ensure that human rights principles are applied to workers in their work environment.
