                                    SebuseproSebagai perwujudan upaya peningkatan aspek Wellbeing at Workplace, PT Pertamina (Persero) telah meluncurkan Program SeBUSe Pro (Sehat Bugar Senang Produktif) pada tanggal 24 Juli 2024, program tersebut mengintegrasikan pengelolaan aspek kesehatan fisik dan mental pekerja secara paripurna, sehingga diharapkan dapat tercapai derajat kesehatan pekerja yang tinggi dan peningkatan produktivitas pekerja.Program ini dilaksanakan di seluruh Pertamina Group sesuai Surat SVP HSSE No 121/S00000/2024-vS0 pada Tanggal 6 Agustus 2024 dan akan di laksanakan di Subholding Upstream pada tanggal 4 September 2024.As a manifestation of efforts to improve the Wellbeing at Workplace aspect, PT Pertamina (Persero) has launched the SeBUSe Pro (Healthy, Fit, Happy, Productive) Program on July 24, 2024, the program integrates the management of physical and mental health aspects of workers in a comprehensive manner, so that it is hoped that a high level of worker health and increased worker productivity can be achieved.This program is implemented throughout the Pertamina Group in accordance with the SVP HSSE Letter No. 121/S00000/2024-S0 on August 6, 2024 and will be implemented in the Upstream Subholding on September 4, 2024.Health Talk Berdasarkan hasil Medical Check Up tahun 2024, angka obesitas dan overweigth pekerja 70% sehingga perlu adanya awareness terkait dengan manajemen obesitas. Dimana para pekerja di berikan pengetahuan dasar terkait dengan pengelolaan berat badan sehingga para pekerja dapat menerapkan healthy lifestyleBased on the results of the 2024 Medical Check Up, the obesity and overweight rate of workers is 70% so there needs to be awareness related to obesity management. Sesuai dengan surat SVP HSSE no. 047/S00000/2024-S0, pekerja wajib melakukan MCU sebelum 20 Juni. Dan juga para pekerja di wajibkan untuk melakukan follow up MCU 3 bulan setelahnya.In managing the health risks of Officers, the Company implements the No Valid MCU No Entry program.
