Perusahaan juga melakukan peningkatan keandalan fasilitas produksi dengan mempercepat proses pengadaan peralatan.Lebih lanjut untuk menghadapi tantangan produksi, PHE Subholding Upstream terus berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan pengoperasian 59 Anak Perusahaan, 51 Wilayah Kerja (terdiri dari 37 Wilayah Kerja aktif dan 14 Wilayah Kerja non-aktif), 6 perusahaan patungan, dan 2 perusahaan afiliasi yang mengelola blok-blok migas di dalam dan luar negeri serta bergerak di kegiatan usaha hilir migas dan services. Subholding Upstream juga melakukan penyertaan saham dan kepemilikan participating interest di dalam dan luar negeri, serta melaksanakan kegiatan usaha lainnya, yakni jasa konsultasi pengembangan bisnis dan manajemen portofolio.Selain tantangan, nilai keekonomian perlu diperhatikan karena penurunan produksi dan peningkatan biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan akan menyebabkan nilai keekonomiannya semakin menipis. Dengan berbagai tantangan yang ada, Perusahaan masih dapat melihat peluang-peluang, antara lain optimalisasi produksi yang dapat dipantau secara%u00a0 real-time%u00a0 menggunakan teknologi digital; penggunaan database dan kecerdasan buatan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan; serta pengembangan lapangan baru dan lapangan marjinal yang lebih berbasis pada kepedulian lingkungan. Business ProspectProspek Usahaefficiency. To optimize production levels, PHE Subholding Upstream performs well maintenance work, including KUPL, well services, and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). The Company is also enhancing the dependability of production facilities by expediting equipment procurement.Furthermore, in facing production challenges, PHE Subholding Upstream continues to optimize the operations of its 59 Subsidiaries, 51 Work Areas (consisting of 37 active Work Areas and 14 non-active Work Areas), 6 joint venture companies, and 2 affiliated companies that manage oil and gas blocks at domestically and internationally, as well as engage in downstream oil and gas and services business activities. Subholding Upstream also engages in equity participation and participating interest ownership both domestically and internationally, as well as other business activities such as business development consulting services and portfolio management.In addition to the challenges, it is important to consider the economic value, as a decline in production and an increase in operational and maintenance costs will cause the economic value to decline. Despite the numerous obstacles, the Company still sees opportunities, such as the optimization of production that can be monitored in real-time using digital technology; the use of databases and artificial intelligence to aid in decision-making; and the development of new fields and marginal fields that are more environmentally conscious.
