INOVASI UNTUK KEBERLANJUTAN [OJK F.26]Dalam menghadapi tantangan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan energi nasional, PHE Subholding Upstream selalu berupaya melakukan inovasi keberlanjutan. Pengelolaan inovasi keberlanjutan ini dilakukan dalam mempertimbangkan beberapa hal:a. Keberlanjutan dalam mengelola Upstream oil and gas innovation dengan fokus quality & knowledge management, oil & gas exploration, oil & gas development dan production, HSSE, serta bidang lain yang terkait dalam pengelolaan dan penciptaan inovasi teknologi minyak dan gas bumi;b. Menjalankan prinsip continuous improvement dalam pengelolaan inovasi teknologi;c. Memiliki commercial aspect, baik secara internal maupun eksternal;d. Memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan pengelolaan inovasi teknologi berjalan sesuai dengan fokus bisnis, strategi, dan target dalam pengurangan emisi.Usaha selanjutnya yang dilakukan PHE Subholding Upstream adalah dengan melakukan kerja sama antara Fungsi Upstream Innovation dengan Fungsi Human Capital melalui Subfungsi Quality Management Subholding Upstream untuk melakukan implementasi Pengelolaan Kekayaan Intelektual (KI). Pengelolaan KI ini dinilai efektif untuk melindungi inovasi perusahaan. Melalui aset-aset intelektual tersebut, perusahaan dapat keunggulan kompetitif untuk keberlanjutan, serta mencegah penyalahgunaan dari pihak lain.Inovasi berkelanjutan lainnya adalah mengenai program reduksi emisi, yang dilakukan melalui inovasi Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) dan studi Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS). Pengembangan inovasi ini terus dilakukan guna mendorong transformasi bisnis ke arah green economy dan ekonomi rendah karbon. PHE Subholding Upstream terus melakukan kajian terkait potensi dekarbonisasi yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah kerja, seperti di studi CCS Central Sumatra Basin, CCS South Sumatra Basin, CCS Hubs Asri Basin, CCS Gundih Field, CCS East Kalimantan Basin, CCS Central Sulawesi Basin, CCS Subang, CCUS CO2 EOR Ramba, CCUS CO2 EOR Jatibarang, dan CCUS CO2 EOR Sukowati. Hingga kini, reduksi emisi dari CCUS untuk dekarbonisasi di seluruh wilayah kerja PHE Subholding Upstream telah mencapai 5.761 ton karbon ekuivalen, dan diharapkan dapat terus bertambah.INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY [OJK F.26]In facing the challenges to fulfill national energy needs, PHE Subholding Upstream always strives to make sustainability innovations. The management of this sustainability innovation is conducted by considering several things:a. Sustainability in managing Upstream oil and gas innovation with a focus on quality & knowledge management, oil & gas exploration, oil & gas development and production, HSSE, and other fields related to the management and creation of oil and gas technology innovation;b. Implementing the principle of continuous improvement in managing technological innovation;c. Having commercial aspects, both internally and externally;d. Ensuring that all technological innovation management activities are conducted in accordance with business focus, strategy and targets in reducing emissions.The next effort made by PHE Subholding Upstream is to collaborate between the Upstream Innovation Function and the Human Capital Function through the Quality Management Subfunction of the Subholding Upstream to implement Intellectual Property (IP) Management. This IP management is considered effective in protecting the company's innovation. Through these intellectual assets, the company can gain a competitive advantage for sustainability, as well as prevent misuse by other parties.Another sustainable innovation is regarding the emission reduction program, which is conducted through the Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) innovation and the Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) study. The development of this innovation continues to be conducted to encourage business transformation towards a green economy and low-carbon economy. PHE Subholding Upstream continues to conduct studies related to the potential for decarbonization spread across various working areas, such as in the studies in CCS Central Sumatra Basin, CCS South Sumatra Basin, CCS Hubs Asri Basin, CCS Gundih Field, CCS East Kalimantan Basin, CCS Central Sulawesi Basin, CCS Subang, CCUS CO2 EOR Ramba, CCUS CO2 EOR Jatibarang, and CCUS CO2 EOR Sukowati. Until now, emission reduction from CCUS for decarbonization throughout the working areas of PHE Subholding Upstream has reached 5,761 tons of carbon equivalent, and is expected to continue to increase.Program CO2 Capture Potential Study PartnerCCUS CO2 EOR Jatibarang 0.146 juta ton CO2e/ million ton CO2e JX/JOGMECCCUS CO2 EOR Sukowati 1 juta ton CO2e/ million ton CO2e LEMIGAS, JAPEXUsaha berkelanjutan lainnya adalah untuk memperkuat infrastruktur gas dengan LPG Booster System di Kilang LNG Badak di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Teknologi ini diyakini dapat meningkatkan produksi LPG di wilayah Bontang hingga 323% sebesar 575 m3 per hari. LPG Booster System ini diproyeksi dapat menambah produksi LPG sebesar 1,56 juta m3atau 780.000 Metrik Ton selama periode 2022-2027. Inovasi ini Another ongoing effort is to strengthen the gas infrastructure with the LPG Booster System at the Plant of Badak LNG in Bontang, East Kalimantan. This technology is believed to be able to increase LPG production in Bontang area by 323% of 575 m3 per day. The LPG Booster System is projected to increase LPG production by 1.56 million m3 or 780,000 Metric Tons during the period of 2022-2027.
