Desa Energi ini dikembangkan melalui program Menara Marina yang merupakan binaan Badak LNG dan berlokasi di Kota Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Program ini hadir untuk mendukung pengembangan resto apung yang memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya laut seperti rumput laut, perikanan, dan pariwisata secara berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat pesisir. Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap operasional resto apung, telah dibangun sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) berkapasitas 4,4 kWp. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan lithium battery berkapasitas 5 kWh serta pemantauan energi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) melalui aplikasi Deye Cloud Monitoring untuk memastikan efisiensi penggunaan energi. Pemanfaatan EBT di DEB Badak Community %u2013 Menara Marina berpotensi menurunkan biaya listrik sebesar Rp8 juta/tahun dan berpotensi mengurangi emisi karbon hingga 5,72 ton CO%u2082/tahun.This Energy Village was developed through the Menara Marina program which is assisted by Badak LNG and is located in Bontang City, East Kalimantan. This program is here to support the development of floating restaurants that utilize the potential of marine resources such as seaweed, fisheries, and tourism sustainably to improve the economy of coastal communities. As a form of support for the operation of the floating restaurant, a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system with a capacity of 4.4 kWp has been built. This system is equipped with a 5 kWh lithium battery and Internet of Things (IoT)-based energy monitoring through the Deye Cloud Monitoring application to ensure efficient energy use.
