DEB PHSS Community BALANIPABalanipa merupakan program pemberdayaan sosial binaan PHSS yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Program ini mengusung pendekatan inklusif dengan melibatkan kelompok rentan, khususnya perempuan, melalui kegiatan utama berupa pengolahan daur ulang limbah tali kapal bekas. Penerapan energi baru terbarukan melalui PLTS berkapasitas 4,4 kWp digunakan untuk mendukung operasional pemintalan tali bekas kapal Balanipa Rope Technology atau BaroTech. PLTS ini dilengkapi dengan sistem monitoring berbasis IoT menggunakan aplikasi Growatt serta baterai lithium berkapasitas 5 kWh untuk penyimpanan energi. Pemanfaatan PLTS di DEB PHSS Community berpotensi menurunkan biaya listrik hingga Rp8 juta per tahun dan berpotensi mengurangi emisi karbon sebesar 5,72 ton CO%u2082 per tahun. Balanipa is a social empowerment program assisted by PHSS located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This program carries an inclusive approach by involving vulnerable groups, especially women, through the main activity of recycling waste from used ship ropes. The application of new renewable energy through a 4.4 kWp PLTS is used to support the operation of the Balanipa Rope Technology or BaroTech used ship rope spinning. This PLTS is equipped with an IoTbased monitoring system using the Growatt application and a 5 kWh lithium battery for energy storage.
