Selain itu, PHE Subholding Upstream telah mengimplementasikan Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) yang mengacu pada ISO 22301:2019 sebagai panduan merencanakan dan menyiapkan Perusahaan untuk menghadapi situasi abnormal. Selama periode pelaporan, tidak ada pelanggaran yang dijalani Perusahaan terkait hukum dan peraturan. [GRI 2-27]Kode Etik [GRI 2-23, 2-24]Perusahaan menegaskan pentingnya mematuhi semua peraturan hukum dan regulasi yang berlaku dalam operasi perusahaan. Hal ini mencakup kepatuhan terhadap hukum lingkungan, hukum ketenagakerjaan, dan peraturan bisnis lainnya. Perusahaan telah menetapkan nilai-nilai inti dan prinsip-prinsip etika yang harus dijunjung tinggi oleh seluruh Insan PHE Subholding Upstream yang mencakup integritas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, transparansi, dan rasa hormat. Perusahaan telah menerbitkan Pedoman Etika Usaha dan Etika Kerja (Code of Conduct) No. A13-005/PHE01000/2023-S9 yang merupakan versi terbaru dari pedoman sebelumnya yakni Pedoman Perilaku dan Etika Bisnis/Code of Conduct (CoC) PT PHE No. A-003/PHE040/2018-S9 Revisi Ke-0. [GRI 2-23]Pedoman ini merupakan wujud komitmen Perusahaan dalam menjalankan dan menjabarkan nilai-nilai utama (core values) AKHLAK yang terdiri dari 6 nilai dan 18 perilaku utama, yaitu Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif dan Kolaboratif ke dalam perilaku kerja Perusahaan. Pedoman Etika Usaha dan Etika Kerja (Code of Conduct) disusun untuk menjadi acuan perilaku bagi lnsan PHE Subholding Upstream dalam mengelola Perusahaan guna mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan Perusahaan. Pedoman ini senantiasa disosialisasikan kepada pekerja melalui media online maupun offline, kemudian diperkuat melalui pemantauan dan penegakan yang sanksinya disesuaikan dengan aturan berlaku. Kode etik merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan upaya Perusahaan untuk mempromosikan perilaku etis dan mempertahankan reputasinya sebagai perusahaan migas yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. These are outlined below, with the potential implications for the company and its financial impact (assessed using processes such as scenario analysis, cost projections, and Long-Term Emission Planning tools), and the resulting management approach.The results of risk monitoring in 2023 have shown that these measures have been implemented effectively and have been able to reduce the risk level in line with the management%u2019s tolerance, and the Residual Exposure Risk has been below the Company%u2019s Risk Tolerance Benchmark. In addition, PHE Subholding Upstream has implemented Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with reference to ISO 22301:2019 as guidelines for planning and preparing the company to face abnormal situations. During the reporting period, there were no violations by the Company regarding laws and regulations. This includes compliance with environmental law, labor law, as well as other business-related regulations. The Company has set out the core values and ethical principles which must be upheld by all people at PHE Subholding Upstream including integrity, honesty, responsibility, transparency, and respect. The Company has issued Guidelines for Business Ethics and Working Ethics (Code of Conduct) No. A13-005/PHE01000/2023-S9 which is the latest version of the previous guidelines namely Guidelines for Conduct and Business Ethics /Code of Conduct (CoC) PT PHE No. A-003/PHE040/2018-S9 0th Revision. [GRI 2-23]These Guidelines are the materialization of the Company%u2019s commitment to implementing and spelling out the core values of AKHLAK consisting of 6 values and 18 key conducts, namely Amanah(Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal (Loyal), Adaptif (Adaptive) and Kolaboratif (Collaborative) in the company%u2019s working conduct.
