KKKS Gross Split dan Non-KKKS (kecuali Elnusa, PDSI, Badak LNG)%u2022 Pedoman Pengadaan Barang/Jasa No. A7-001/ PHE52000/2021-S9 (Revisi 1)Realisasi Procurement List untuk KKKS Cost Recoverypada tahun 2024 sebanyak 974 paket pengadaan dengan total nilai USD3.445,15 Juta, sementara untuk KKKS Gross Split sebanyak 536 paket pengadaan dengan total nilai USD5.314,24 Juta.Material Persediaan/Material ex-TerminasiKomposisi dari material persediaan yang dikelola oleh Fungsi SCM terdiri atas material persediaan sendiri dan material persediaan ex-terminasi yang berasal dari KKKS alih kelola. Perusahaan berupaya untuk menurunkan nilai material selama tahun 2024 sebagai bagian dari upaya cost saving. Realisasinya, fungsi SCM berhasil melakukan optimalisasi material ex-terminasi sebesar USD99,7 juta. Pada akhir tahun 2024 nilai total material persediaan sebesar USD563,16 juta, terdapat penambahan material persediaan (Long Lead Item) sebesar USD64,37 juta untuk mendukung rencana kerja awal tahun 2025.Realisasi Transaksi PaDi UMKMPaDi UMKM merupakan suatu platform digital milik Kementerian BUMN yang bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan Usaha Mikro, Usaha Kecil, dan Usaha Menengah (UMKM) agar bisa lebih berkembang. Kementerian BUMN sendiri mendorong setiap BUMN untuk dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan PaDi UMKM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasionalnya. Target transaksi PaDi UMKM untuk tahun 2024 sebesar Rp100 miliar, dengan realisasinya mencapai Rp312,25 miliar (termasuk PDSI dan PDC).Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN)TKDN merupakan merupakan besarnya komponen dalam negeri pada barang, jasa dan gabungan barang dan jasa. Target TKDN ditetapkan untuk memastikan keberpihakan terhadap penggunaan produk dan sumber daya Dalam Negeri yang dapat menciptakan multiplier effect yang mendukung kemajuan perekonomian nasional. Target TKDN yang ditetapkan oleh SKK Migas tahun 2024 sebesar 57%, sementara realisasi pencapaian TKDN berdasarkan hasil verifikasi TKDN untuk Subholding Upstream sebesar 61,06%.Cost Saving dan AgregasiDalam rangka menurunkan biaya operasional dan meningkatkan laba Perusahaan, fungsi SCM menjalankan program cost efficiency yang memiliki 2 (dua) inisiatif utama, yaitu Aggregasi Demand dan Penerapan Digital Procurement. Total nilai cost saving pada tahun 2024 adalah sebesar USD170,37 juta yang merupakan pencapaian dari 3.567 pengadaan barang/jasa dan jumlah komoditas barang/jasa yang selesai diagregasikan adalah 173 paket tender. 2. PSC Gross Split and Other Entities (except for Elnusa, PDSI, Badak LNG)%u2022 Goods/Services Procurement Guidelines No. A7-001/ PHE52000/2021-S9 (Revision 1)The Procurement List realization for KKKS Cost Recovery in 2024 is 974 procurement packages with a total value of USD3,445.15 million, while for KKKS Gross Split there are 536 procurement packages with a total value of USD5,314.24 million.Inventory Materials/Ex-Termination MaterialsThe composition of inventory materials managed by the SCM Function consists of owned inventory materials and extermination inventory materials originating from transferred KKKS operatorships. The Company aims to reduce the value of materials in 2024 as part of its cost-saving efforts. In realization of this goal, the SCM Function successfully optimized extermination materials amounting to USD 99.7 million. By the end of 2024, the total value of inventory materials stood at USD 563.16 million, with an addition of USD 64.37 million in Long Lead Item materials to support the early 2025 work plan.Realization of PaDi UMKM TransactionsPaDi UMKM is a digital platform owned by the Ministry of SOEs that aims to help improve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) so as to develop further. The Ministry of SOEs itself encourages every SOE to optimize the use of PaDi UMKM to meet its operational needs. The PaDi UMKM transaction target for 2024 is Rp100 billion, with the realization reaching Rp312.25 billion (include PDSI and PDC).Domestic Component Level (TKDN)TKDN is the amount of domestic component in goods, services and a combination of goods and services. The TKDN target is set to ensure the bias towards the use of domestic products and resources that can create a multiplier effect that supports the progress of the national economy. The TKDN target set by SKK Migas in 2024 is 57%, while the realization of TKDN achievement based on the results of TKDN verification for the Subholding Upstream is 61.06%.Cost Saving and AggregationIn order to reduce operational costs and increase profits of the Company, the SCM function runs a cost efficiency program that has 2 (two) main initiatives, namely Demand Aggregation and Digital Procurement Implementation.
