Networked Collaboration for New Potential (NCNP) %u2013 Sebuah Kolaborasi Menjawab Tantangan Produksi Migas NasionalUntuk menghadapi tantangan penurunan kapasitas produksi migas dan tuntutan efisiensi energi, Pertamina melalui PHE menghadirkan skema bisnis inovatif Networked Collaboration for New Potential (NCNP). Program ini dirancang untuk mempercepat adopsi teknologi baru dengan mengedepankan kolaborasi antara penyedia teknologi dan tim operasional di lapangan. Dalam program ini Fungsi Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjembatani kolaborasi teknologi tersebut dan berperan sebagai %u201dmediator%u201d untuk memastikan teknologi yang diterapkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional, performa teknis, menjaga efisiensi biaya, dan tentunya kerja sama ini dituangkan dalam kontrak dengan mengikuti kepatuhan sesuai aturan perusahaan yang berlaku. Skema ini juga menetapkan kriteria keberhasilan yang terukur (Cure Criteria) serta menciptakan sinergi yang efektif untuk mendukung keberlanjutan operasional dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri hulu migas.Pada Tahun 2024, program NCNP telah menghasilkan pencapaian signifikan dengan 11 kesepakatan baru Cure Criteria, sehingga akumulasi kesepakatan yang telah dicapai sampai dengan akhir tahun 2024 adalah 31 kesepakatan, di mana 19 program telah on-stream dan menyelesaikan masa observasi. Pencapaian tersebut menghasilkan tambahan produksi minyak sebesar 207 MMBO dan 20 MMCF gas bumi. Tambahan ini dihasilkan dari implementasi teknologi Gas Lift Pack Off (GLPO) dan teknologi stimulasi bio surfactant. Dengan program NCNP, peran Fungsi SCM tidak hanya sebagai fungsi penunjang, namun juga berperan sentral sebagai business enabler yang memungkinkan adopsi teknologi baru yang berkelanjutan dengan cara yang efektif, efisien, dan prudent. This program is designed to accelerate the adoption of new technologies by prioritizing collaboration between technology providers and operational teams in the field. In this program, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Function bridges the technology collaboration and acts as a \technology implemented is truly in accordance with operational needs, technical performance, maintains cost efficiency, and of course this collaboration is stated in a contract by following compliance with applicable regulations of the company. This scheme also establishes measurable success criteria (Cure Criteria) and creates effective synergies to support operational sustainability and increase competitiveness in the upstream oil and gas industry.By the end of 2024, the NCNP program has produced significant achievements with 31 Cure Criteria agreements, of which 26 have become contracts with 19 programs on-stream and completing the observation period. This achievement resulted in additional production of 432 million barrels of oil (MMBO) and 724 million cubic feet (MMCF) of natural gas. This program also recorded savings of USD4.7 million, including from the Pertadem%u2019s demulsifier usage program, the Flowell%u2019s congeal prevention program, and the InSafe%u2019s scale prevention program. Therefore, the total additional revenue recorded by the end of 2024 is USD39.2 million.
