Fungsi HSSEDireksi membentuk Fungsi Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) dalam rangka mengelola, mengembangkan dan memantau serta mengimplementasikan aspek Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Keamanan Kerja, dan Lindung Lingkungan (K3LL) dalam rangka menuju HSSE Level Excellentguna mendukung kegiatan operasional serta keberlanjutan bisnis Perusahaan. Selain itu Fungsi HSSE berupaya meningkatkan budaya HSSE terhadap seluruh pekerja PHE Subholding Upstream untuk mencegah terjadinya NoA (Number of Major Accident) dan kasus kecelakaan di bawah kategori tersebut, sehingga dapat menekan angka kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, kebakaran dan pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian terhadap aset, sumber daya manusia, dan citra Perusahaan. HSSE FunctionsThe Board of Directors established the Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) Function to manage, develop, monitor, and implement Occupational Health, Safety, Safety, and Environment (OHSSE) aspects in order to achieve HSSE Level Excellent and support the Company's operational activities and business sustainability. In addition, the HSSE Function strives to improve the HSSE culture for all workers of PHE Subholding Upstream to prevent the NoA (Number of Major Accidents) and accidents under that category, so as to reduce the rate of work accidents, occupational diseases, fires and environmental pollution that can result in losses to assets, human resources, and image of the Company.
