Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan terhadap aspek Security melalui implementasi Security Operations(Program Aspek Security) melalui pengelolaan risiko keamanan, program pengamanan fisik (patroli, mobilisasi orang, barang, kendaraan, akses kontrol pengamanan tamu dan non fisik (investigasi keamanan, community based security, stakeholder engagement, security predictive, illegal migas prevention), Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan (Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan (SMP) dan audit SMP, permintaan bantuan pengamanan (PKS), dan Security EDP (pengelolaan keamanan di kegiatan eksplorasi, drilling, project, pengamanan bahan peledak). 5. Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan program aspek Environment melalui implementasi Environmental Compliance (penyusunan dan pengajuan persetujuan lingkungan, pemenuhan kewajiban persetujuan lingkungan, pelaksanaan audit lingkungan, pengendalian pencemaran air/udara/limbah B3/non B3, pemulihan lahan terkontaminasi, pencapaian penghargaan pengelolaan lingkungan, lingkungan di kegiatan eksplorasi, drillingeksplorasi dan project (EDP), ketaatan aspek lingkungan pada kegiatan alih kelola dan pelepasan aset, pengelolaan aspek lingkungan pada kegiatan paska operasi, dan kegiatan perkantoran) dan Environmental Sustainability(pelaksanaan audit energi, emission reduction, efisiensi energi, konservasi air, konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, kajian daur hidup atau Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)). 6. Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan program aspek Perfomrance, Assurance, ERCM melalui Performance(Kinerja HSSE dengan pengukuran kinerja, program kampanye aspek HSSE), Assurance (Manajemen Insiden (sistem manajemen insiden, LFE, SSD, serta investigasi). To manage and develop programs of Environment aspects through the implementation of Environmental Compliance (preparation and application for environmental approvals, fulfillment of environmental approval obligations, implementation of environmental audits, control of water/air pollution/hazardous and non-hazardous waste, contaminated land restoration, achievement of environmental management awards, environment in exploration activities, exploration drilling and projects (EDP), compliance with environmental aspects in asset transfer and divestment activities, management of environmental aspects in post-operation activities, and office activities) and Environmental Sustainability (implementation of energy audits, emission reduction, energy efficiency, water conservation, biodiversity conservation, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)). 6. To manage and develop programs of Performance, Assurance, ERCM aspects through Performance (HSSE performance with performance measurement, HSSE campaign program), Assurance (Incident Management (incident management system, LFE, SSD, and investigation).
