Berdasarkan kajian hukum atas perjanjian dan dokumen terkait yang dilakukan oleh external lawyer Perusahaan, Perusahaan tidak memiliki kewajiban atas klaim biaya abandonment mengingat gugatan yang diajukan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam perjanjian dan dokumen terkait. Sampai saat ini sesuai informasi yang disampaikan oleh kuasa hukum PHE telah disepakati antara kuasa hukum Perusahaan dengan pihak penggugat mengenai tata waktu persidangan yaitu estimasi di bulan September 2025 dan sudah memulai persiapan persidangan yang akan dijalankan dengan estimasi bulan Juli 2025. Guna mendukung penanganan gugatan tersebut, Perusahaan mendapat pendampingan Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Jamdatun).Sepanjang tahun 2024, tidak terdapat perkara yang berdampak pada kegiatan usaha Perusahaan. Selain perkara hukum yang telah diuraikan di atas, tidak terdapat anggota Dewan Komisaris ataupun Direksi terlibat dalam perkara yang bersifat material sebagai akibat dari adanya keputusan anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi dimaksud. 5. Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 13 Tahun 2024 tentang Kontrak Bagi Hasil Gross Split.d. Usulan Masukan Peraturan Presiden tentang Pengelolaan Sumur Minyak Masyarakat.e. Usulan Masukan Peraturan Menteri ESDM tentang Idle Well. Based on a legal review of the agreement and related documents conducted by the Company's external lawyers, the Company has no obligation for the abandonment cost claim given that the lawsuit filed is deemed not to be in accordance with the provisions in the agreement and related documents. Until now, according to the information submitted by PHE's legal counsel, an agreement has been reached between the Company's legal counsel and the plaintiff regarding the trial schedule, which is estimated to be in September 2025, and preparations have begun for the trial, which is estimated to be in July 2025. To support the handling of the lawsuit, the Company is being assisted by the Junior Attorney General for Civil and State Administration (Jamdatun).Throughout 2024, there were no cases that had an impact on the Company's business activities. Apart from the legal case described above, no members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors were involved in material cases as a result of decisions made by the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors in question.5.
