Salah satunya adalah Tingkat Kesehatan Perusahaan yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri BUMN RI No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 tentang Pedoman Tata Kelola dan Kegiatan Korporasi Signifikan Badan Usaha Milik Negara.Tingkat Kesehatan Perusahaan PHE Subholding Upstream pada tahun 2024 adalah AAA (Sangat Sehat).
