Efisiensi biaya tersebut diraih melalui berbagai metode antara lain:a. Mengganti instruktur training yang awalnya menggunakan vendor eksternal menjadi menggunakan internal pekerja SHU.b. Mengganti media training yang awalnya berupa classroom menjadi e-learning.c. Memaksimalkan kantor PHE dan/atau Anak Perusahaan di lingkungan SHU sebagai lokasi training.d. Mengumpulkan beberapa kebutuhan training dari berbagai Regional dan APS sehingga dapat dibuat in-house trainingyang lebih efisien.Throughout 2024, PHE and all Subsidiaries in the SHU environment succeeded in achieving all planned training and education programs while still paying attention to cost efficiency, such that budget realization was also lower than the target. This cost efficiency was achieved through various methods, including:a. Replacing training instructors, who were initially from external vendors, with internal SHU workers.b. Replacing training media, which was originally in the form of classrooms, with e-learning.c. Maximizing PHE offices and/or subsidiaries within the SHU as training locations.d.
