Untuk pengeboran eksplorasi tidak tercapai sesuai target disebabkan oleh Keterlambatan pengeboran akibat isu perizinan dan pembebasan lahan. Pada tahun 2024, Perseroan melakukan survei seismik, baik jenis 2D maupun 3D, yang masing-masing seluas 769 km dan 4.990 km2. Kegiatan survei seismik 2D tidak sesuai dengan target karena isu eksternal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya mencari cadangan minyak dan gas dalam rangka eksplorasi. Realisasi kinerja produksi minyak dan gas (konsolidasi) pada tahun 2024 sebanyak Audited 1.044,60 MBOEPD, yang terdiri dari realisasi produksi minyak sebanyak Audited 555,69 MBOPD dan produksi gas sebanyak 2.832,61 MMSCFD. Secara umum, PHE Subholding Upstream mencatat realisasi kinerja produksi migas di akhir tahun 2024 mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun 2023, yang dipengaruhi oleh tambahan Produksi dari Aset Algeria Region 5 (proyek Gazzetal), penambahan PI dari wilayah kerja PHE Corridor serta penambahan Produksi wilayah kerja PEPC BUKK di Regional 4. Kinerja lifting to production ratio minyak mencapai 99,97% di mana telah dilakukan optimalisasi dan koordinasi intensif dengan SKK Migas, Subholding Refinery & Petrochemical, Subholding Commercial & Trading, dan operator WK & terminal. Pencapaian lifting gas tahun 2024 lebih tinggi dari target tahun 2024 disebabkan realisasi produksi gas yang mencapai target disebabkan kenaikan produksi gas dan serapan gas yang optimal dari konsumen gas eksisting. Selain itu dilakukan juga optimasi gas sales dengan menawarkan pengambilan gas pada volume JPMH (Jumlah Penyerahan Maksimum Harian) sesuai dengan Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas yang disepakati.Regarding drilling, the Company realized it through Subholding Upstream, realizing it in 22 wells, exploration activities were carried out and 821 exploitation.
