PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN INDUSTRI MIGASECONOMIC GROWTH AND OIL AND GAS INDUSTRYPada tahun 2024, perekonomian Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang stabil dengan laju sekitar 5%. Industri minyak dan gas (migas) tetap menjadi sektor vital dalam perekonomian nasional. Di sisi lain, industri minyak dan gas (migas) Indonesia menghadapi tantangan signifikan, termasuk fluktuasi harga minyak global dan meningkatnya tekanan untuk beralih ke energi terbarukan. Meskipun demikian, sektor ini tetap menjadi kontributor utama bagi perekonomian nasional. Hingga 20 Mei 2024, realisasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) dari sektor migas mencapai Rp36,81 triliun, setara dengan 33,42% dari target APBN sebesar Rp110,15 triliun.Tahun 2024 mencatat perubahan produktivitas dalam sektor hulu migas. Produksi minyak mencapai 555,69 MBOPD, yang merepresentasikan penurunan 1,88% dari realisasi produksi minyak pada tahun sebelumnya. Sementara itu, produksi gas tercatat sebesar 2.832,61 MMSCFD, atau peningkatan sebesar 2,41% dibandingkan tahun 2023. Salah satu faktor utama yang mendorong pencapaian ini adalah keberhasilan eksekusi program kerja yang masif, termasuk peningkatan jumlah pengeboran pengembangan yang mencapai 821 sumur pada tahun 2024, melampaui 22 sumur pada tahun sebelumnya. PRODUKSI MIGASPada tahun 2024, PHE melaksanakan berbagai strategi untuk meningkatkan produksi seperti:1. Meningkatkan produksi dari lapangan existing serta mempercepat kegiatan eksplorasi dan pengembangan lapangan minyak dan gas baru di Indonesia melalui konsep integrated depletion plan. 2. Reaktivasi Idle Well dan Idle Structure serta percepatan Put on Production Exploration (POPE) Well.3. Penerapan teknologi EOR pada lapangan mature secara selektif dengan penggunaan CO2 Injection, Alkaline Surfactant Polymer (ASP), dan lain-lain tentunya dengan melalui tahapan %u201dPilot Project%u201d supaya lebih komprehensif. 4. Pengoperasian lapangan dengan kandungan CO2 dan H2S tinggi maupun lapangan dengan karakteristik tekanan dan temperatur tinggi.5. Program Carbon Captured and Storage / Carbon Captured Utilization and Storage.6. Penerapan teknologi yang mendukung Migas non Konvensional (MNK).7. Mengoptimalkan digitalisasi pada setiap proses bisnis Pertamina, baik proses utama maupun penunjang, antara lain dengan penerapan advanced analytics, robotics & automation, dan business model innovations. In 2024, the Indonesian economy showed stable growth at a rate of around 5%. The oil and gas industry remains a vital sector in the national economy. On the other hand, the Indonesian oil and gas industry faces significant challenges, including fluctuations in global oil prices and increasing pressure to switch to renewable energy. Nevertheless, this sector remains a major contributor to the national economy. As of May 20, 2024, the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from the oil and gas sector reached Rp36.81 trillion, equivalent to 33.42% of the APBN target which was Rp110.15 trillion.Year 2024 recorded significant increase in productivity in the upstream oil and gas sector. Oil production reached 555.69 MBOPD, which represents 1.88% of the realization of oil production in the previous year. Meanwhile, gas production was recorded at 2,832.61 MMSCFD, or 2.41% compared to 2023. One of the main factors driving this achievement is the successful execution of a massive work program, including increasing the number of development drillings that reached 821 wells in 2024, surpassing 22 wells in the previous year.OIL AND GAS PRODUCTIONIn 2024, PHE implemented various strategies to increase production such as:1. Increasing production from existing fields and accelerating exploration and development activities of new oil and gas fields in Indonesia through the integrated depletion plan concept.2. Reactivation of Idle Well and Idle Structure and acceleration of Put On Production Exploration (POPE) Well.3. Application of EOR technology in mature fields selectively with the use of CO2 Injection, Alkaline Surfactant Polymer (ASP), etc., certainly by going through the \stage to be more comprehensive.4. Operation of fields with high CO2 and H2S content or fields with high pressure and temperature characteristics.5. Carbon Captured and Storage Program / Carbon Captured Utilization and Storage.6. Application of technology that supports non-conventional oil and gas (NCO).7.
