8. Mempercepat penguasaan kemampuan teknologi dan digitalisasi, meliputi Eksplorasi dan Operasi Produksi di Lapangan Offshore dan Deep Water. Semua langkah strategis diatas dilakukan untuk memperkuat posisi PHE dalam bisnis hulu migas, sekaligus mendukung target Pemerintah mencapai produksi minyak sebesar 1 juta BOPD dan gas 12 BCFD pada tahun 2030.Pada tahun 2024, total produksi migas PHE mencapai 1.044,60 MBOEPD, meningkat 0.08% dibandingkan produksi tahun 2023 sebesar 1.043,73 MBOEPD, atau 94,55% dari target yang ditetapkan dalam Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) tahun 2024. Pencapaian ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk penambahan Produksi wilayah kerja PEPC BUKK di Region 4 yang disebabkan oleh implementasi low dosage acid dalam pekerjaan Well Workdan percepatan onstream pengeboran 2 sumur BUCIC Project. Produksi gas pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar 2.832,61 MMSCFD, meningkat 2,41% dari tahun 2023, atau mencapai 102,29% dari target RKAP. Kenaikan ini didukung oleh penambahan Produksi dari Aset Algeria dan penambahan PI (Participant Interest) dari wilayah kerja PHE Corridor. [SASB EM-EP-000.a]Produksi migas PHE dijual kepada PT Pertamina (Persero) dan afiliasinya, serta kepada pelanggan lain baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi cadangan terbukti dan belum terbukti menggunakan standar internasional Petroleum Resources Management System(PRMS). Namun, laporan ini tidak menyajikan informasi terkait lokasi cadangan, termasuk persentase cadangan terbukti dan terkira yang berada di area seperti hutan konservasi, hutan lindung, habitat spesies dilindungi, wilayah konflik, atau area masyarakat adat, karena informasi tersebut tidak diperuntukkan bagi publik. Gas production in 2024 was recorded at 2,832.61 MMSCFD, increasing by 2.41% from 2023, or reaching 102.29% of the targets of the RKAP. This increase was supported by additional Production from the Assets of Algeria (Gazzetal project) and the addition of PI (Participant Interest) from the working area of PHE Corridor. The company has identified proven and unproven reserves using the international standard Petroleum Resources Management System (PRMS). However, this report does not present information regarding the location of reserves, including the percentage of proven and probable reserves located in areas such as conservation forests, protected forests, protected species habitats, conflict areas, or indigenous peoples' areas, because such information is not intended for the public.
